Day 3: "I'm Satisfied"

Success.  Today, after eating half of my sandwich, I was able to stop, think about how hungry I was and was decide, "No, I'm not hungry anymore. I'm satisfied." I was able to put the other half of my very delicious Turkey Bruschetta on Ciabatta Sandwich from NOONERZ away. 

I have a goal in mind and I see the finish line... it's a little far at the moment but slow and steady wins the race. I am pacing myself to better shape my outlook and my motivation to get to my goal. I can see it, I can accomplish it!

  2. That is sooo good Marybel! Knowing when to stop is essential to weight loss. I have a hard time realizing when I'm satisfied...and I tend to over eat simply because the food's there.

    Have a blast in HI! I'll be in a micro vacation and will strive to keep it healthy too!
