Day 1: Watermelon Daze

I'm snacking on watermelon squares and really, when I am eating whatever junk is easy to get a hold of, I tend to forget how delicious mother earth's natural recipes are.  Watermelons are especially good for you if you are on a lifestyle plan (Let's not call it a diet. A diet is something you do temporarily without really wanting to.).  The beauty in watermelon is that not only does it have a natural sweetness, but it is mostly water so you can eat as much as it takes for you to feel satisfied! We can't do that with junk food... and the guilt that comes with junk food... well, that is a whole new topic.
