Day 2: Please Pass the Yogurt

With 230 calories per serving and cultures, you can't go wrong.  I stopped drinking milk a long time ago. Truth is, I couldn't drink it without (delicious) chocolate quick. I would be quite generous with the added spoonfuls, too.  Well, since I don't drink it, I have to substitute.  Yogurt is a great way to substitute dairy.  I woke up with a rumble of hunger this morning (probably caused by the very high in protein but light in calorie dinner I had last night).  This morning, I am shutting my hungry stomach up with Strawberry Low Fat Yogurt.  One serving is 5 points but, in reality, it's a healthy 5 points, a filling 5 points... a satisfying 5 points. 

Tomato soup for lunch; and for dinner, one roll of sushi... spicy tuna with albacore.  Keeping it light and healthy. :o)  If time allows tonight, I will also take a stroll around my neighborhood, whether in tennis shoes or rollerblades. :o)
